The thermal conductive materials commonly used in LED lamps are mainly divided into:

Structural thermally conductive materials and filling thermally conductive materials. In addition to the function of the structural heat-conducting material as the housing of the lamp, it also doubles as the heat dissipation of the LED light source, such as thermally conductive plastic. The filling thermal conductive material is mainly used between structural thermal conductive materials, as the connection between the two, because the thermal conductivity of the thermal interface material relative to the heating element and the metal heat sink is low, so the choice of the thermal interface material is also very good. Crucially, this determines the speed of heat transfer.
